Once we’ve done an in-home assessment of your personal situation, a Care Plan is developed. Based on this Care Plan, your caregiver will provide a combination of these services specific to your needs:

Although providing homecare is the core of our services, it’s important to note the ongoing support that our office provides:
- Back-up / On-call caregivers in the event you need additional or substitute care
- Field Supervision to keep your Care Plan current
- Automated, telephone based time-keeping to assure your caregiver has arrived safely and on-time
- 24-hour emergency phone number in the event you need after hours assistance
- Professional and courteous office staff to assist you on a continual basis
